PaceHarbour Australia is operated by an Australian sole trader under ABN 52 673 039 632. In this policy, “PaceHarbour”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.

We respect your privacy and aim to handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, create an account, contact us or place an order.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • identity and contact details, including your name, email address and telephone number;
  • account information and authentication records;
  • order, delivery and tracking information, including your delivery address and purchase history;
  • messages, support requests, reviews and other information you provide to us;

  • payment status, transaction references and limited billing information supplied by our payment provider.

Card and cryptocurrency payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. PaceHarbour does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

We generally collect information directly from you when you register, complete checkout, update your profile, contact support or otherwise use the website. We may also receive transaction, authentication, delivery and technical information from service providers that help us operate the store.

4. Why we use your information

We use personal information when reasonably necessary to:

  • create and secure customer accounts;
  • process payments, orders, deliveries, returns and refunds;
  • provide order tracking and customer support;
  • communicate service messages and respond to enquiries;
  • prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;
  • maintain and improve the website and our product range; and
  • meet our legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

We may disclose relevant information to trusted providers only as needed to operate the business, including:

  • Supabase for authentication, database and product-image storage;
  • Whop and its payment partners for secure payment processing;
  • Netlify and related infrastructure providers for website hosting and delivery;
  • couriers, freight providers and suppliers that fulfil or deliver orders;
  • email, customer-support, accounting and professional service providers; and
  • regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may only use information for the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

6. Overseas processing

Some technology, payment, hosting and support providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where their systems or subcontractors operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards. Privacy protections in another country may differ from Australian law.

7. Cookies and technical data

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, protect the website and provide core functionality. Our hosting and security providers may also record technical logs. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but parts of the website may stop working correctly.
